Cough Cough, Sneeze Sneeze

As you can probably guess from the blog title, the last few days at the Browne house have been pretty gloomy. Last week Bryan wasn't feeling well and I came down with a random cough, but felt fine. By Friday morning I felt like a train hit me and totally lost steam. I attempted to work through the day, but after hours of coughing and sneezing, I only thought it fair to my coworkers for me to go home... so I did and I enjoyed a 4 hour nap. Another 3 hour nap on Saturday really helped my recovery and by Sunday I was feeling about 75% back to normal. Bryan and Emmerson have pulled through with flying colors. Bryan is a good Daddy and did a great job at keeping me and Emme away from each other so I wouldn't get her sick. On Saturday I thought she was coming down with something and gave her a dose of Tylenol, but Sunday she woke up like her normal little happy self. Bryan was feeling much better and went off to the Rams game and I wrote a paper for school while Emme hung out with her Aunt Whitney. Then Mom treated us girls to lunch at Bread Co and we ran a few errands. I was exhausted by the time we got home, it's amazing how just a little virus can leave you so drained. I was bummed to have missed my weekly long runs that I only get to do on the weekends, but hopefully I will be all better by next weekend.... and hopefully no one else in the house gets sick!!!
