This past weekend, the 3 of us attended our friends, Kelly and Dean's, wedding at Sainte Genevieve Catholic Church. Emmerson is always a good time at church so we were sure to sit in the back row and as close to the "cry" room as possible. She was showing off her new fall clothes AND showing off her new vocals... singing, saying "ba", "ma", and "da". She was getting a little loud during all of the quiet parts of mass, so Bryan took her into the cry room so she could sing and talk as loud as she wanted. On my way down the aisle after communion I could see her standing up to the cry room window, arms spread wide open against the glass, face pressed against the glass with her mouth wide open.... I couldn't stop laughing at her. It was too funny! It was a beautiful ceremony and a gorgeous day for a wedding. After the wedding a group of my high school girl friends headed out to the Crown Valley Brewery and Distillery for a few brewskies and some chill time before the excitement began at the reception.
Emmerson loved Kristin's flowers.... and her necklace. She likes pretty things and sparkly things just like her mom!
Every time one of the girls from our high school group gets hitched, we take a group picture! This picture just happened to work out this way, but the 4 on the right are married and the 3 on the left are single.... with weddings soon to come, I'm sure:)
