Emmerson has officially turned into a little monkey. She climbs, she loves bananas and she is really good at making monkey noises... facial expressions and all she does a monkey dance that makes me wonder if she is going to sprout a tail. It cracks us up every time. I am hoping to catch it video at some point. Emme also loves to swing in her new tree swing that she got from her Grandma and Papa Browne for Easter. Every time we go outside she walks over to it and points at it. She has no fear... she loves to go high and fast. She likes to make her monkey noises while she swings-it is priceless. 
This past weekend we planned on going to a BBQ at our friend, Kyle's house... but we had to make an emergent trip up to West County Mall to the Apple store thanks to Bryan's iPhone not being able to handle all of Emme's abuse. We had lunch at CPK and then headed home. Bryan went to the BBQ while Emme AND ME enjoyed a nice long 2 hour nap. Then we headed into Sainte Genevieve where Emme stole the show at the BBQ thanks to her hilarious performance. She climbed up on top of a cooler and started doing her monkey noises and dance and LOVED the attention so she went on and on for awhile. I think we have a little diva on our hands, I'm having a hard time referring to her as a princess anymore:)
Emme climbed into the washer game box and found the little "cup" in the middle to be very entertaining... she would put all the washers in it, cover it with her dress and giggle, then she would pull her dress up over her belly and act so surprised to see the little "cup" there full of washers! It was so funny.... then she would take them out one by one and do it all over again. I just love my pint size talking, walking piece of constant entertainment.
