Last Friday I met Bryan and Emme for a late afternoon and evening of family fun at the Zoo!
Emme got to spend some special time with her Grandpa Pete before we headed off to play in Forest Park!
You can't hear it.... but Emme said "CHEESE"!
She preferred the jungle jeep over all of animals in the Children's Zoo.
Petting the guinea pigs. She thought they were so soft and did a good job petting them "just like she pets Tanker".
Everything gets climbed on these days.... even frog statues.
There is a super fun dancing fountain in the middle of the Children's zoo and Emmerson would not stop trying to play in it, so we stripped her down like the other little toddlers that were playing in it and let her run around and get soaking wet. She loved it!
Bryan took Emme down a super fun slide!
She couldn't wait to get out of the hippo- she was way too cool for it!
Emme climbed up on the bench to see the goat, but got uninterested pretty quickly. She was not at all scared though!
The goats would not leave Bryan alone... I wonder what that means.
Emme enjoyed some of her Daddy's lemonade after a long and hot evening at the zoo!
