First of all, I'd like to thank everyone who was at our baby shower for completely spoiling Emmerson and her parents! We received so many amazing gifts! It was so nice to see everyone and it makes us so happy to know that so many of our friends and family are so excited for us. We are so lucky to have all of that support and love around us.
This diaper cake had to be the most creative gift I have received yet...
We are now in our 29th week of pregnancy...
Emmerson June now weighs about 2 1/2 pounds and is a tad over 15 inches long from head to heel. This size is compared to a butternut squash. Her muscles and lungs are continuing to mature, and her head is growing bigger to make room for her developing brain. Her cartilage and bones are starting to stiffen, so it is more important than ever for me to get enough Calcium... I think I can manage to choke down cheese for the next couple months! ha ha.
Here are some more buddah belly pics... the belly is growing exponentially out of control! People say I am small for my weeks, but I sure don't feel small! I am lucky though, this pregnancy is going smoothly and I have felt amazing. I'm definatly a "happy" pregnant girl!
Louie was feeling Emmerson wiggle around.... not really, just picking on my new big belly. I think he gets it from his dad. Bryan's favorite thing to do these days is to pick on the belly. I have to remind him that last time we measured, he was still more "round" than I was!
