Last night was a total girl's night at the Muny... from Great-grandma's to 3 year olds, they all came out for the Muny's last show, Hairspray! Most people were as glittered up and "pink"-ified as the show, which was phenomenal, funny, entertaining, and very glitsy-glammy. Mom, Grandma and I had a great time doing our normal Wednesday routine of The Boathouse for dinner (their salads are AMAZING, by the way), then the short complimentary golf cart ride to the Muny where we like to get to our seats early and people watch. People watching can be just as entertaining as the show itself! The show flew by and I am already excited for the next chance I get to see Hairspray. I had seen the movie that came out a few years back starring John Travolta, but the show is so much better live. Maybe this one requires a girls getaway to NYC to see it on Broadway!!! Any takers?

The end of a wonderful season...
