We keep always kept a toybox in the living room for Emmerson to keep her toys in and be able to play with them whenever she wants. She is usually more interested in the remote control, cell phones, the dogs... anything but her toys. She recently has really taken an interest in actual toys and her focus isn't always on all of the things she is not supposed to play with!
She has mastered the sippy cup and likes to always have one handy... even during playtime.
Emme starting climbing up the steps about a month ago, so we are very careful about making sure they are blocked off.... she doesn't mind, she thinks the gate is just another toy:)
