Sunday started out as the best Valentine's Day ever.... Emme, Bryan and I hung out in our bed for over 30 minutes, tickling, playing, laughing, snuggling, and just being a family. Then we enjoyed a huge breakfast before playing for hours and hours in the living room with Emme. Aaron and Meg stopped by for a quick visit and mid-afternoon we brought Emme over to my Mom's so Bryan and I could enjoy a special Valentine dinner at a restaurant we have been dying to go to!
We ventured out in the flurrying cold to Eleven Eleven Mississippi in Lafeyette Square. The restaurant has a very cozy, yet modern chic atmosphere with exceptional food. We enjoyed a 4 course feast and a champaign toast to celebrate our 4th Valentine's Day together. After a nice 2 hour, relaxing dinner, we headed home in the falling snow to a nice warm house with full bellies.... and ready for another week! (and I just have to mention the fact that I got totally spoiled with a jogging stroller and an iPhone!!!!)
