Bryan is such a good daddy...
he took Emmerson to her 6 month checkup today and she passed with flying colors!
She weighed in at 17 lbs, 14 oz and has gotten into the 85th percentile (slimming down!)
Her length is 26 1/2 inches... just a little shorty!
She is getting stronger and stronger every day. Now she moves from laying down to sitting up to rolling over and back again and can move herself all the way across the room before you know it. She is officially "on the move". She is getting up on all fours, but still trying to figure out exactly how the crawling thing works. Her baby babble has turned from strange noises to things that sound like words (but aren't). Emme's favorite thing to say now is "ba-ba-ba-ba-ba". She says it over and over and over and thinks it is just so funny when we mimic her and say it back to her! We are working on getting her to say Dada and Mama, but no luck. And we are working on the word "turtle" because Aunt Kristin wants Emme to say it. It just keeps getting funner and funner around the Browne house!
