Baby Update: Week 24
Little Lily or Grace is growing fast, just like her mommy! We are now in our 6th month and getting super excited to meet our little darling. I also am super excited for my baby shower... I love seeing everyone I love the most all in one place! And for such an exciting reason!
Just to clarify... we are registered at Pottery Barn KIDS, not regular Pottery Barn.
So every week I get an email from babycenter.com with an update on how our daughter is growing.... this week she is about a pound and a half and already a foot long! Her lungs are developing rapidly, as is her brain... her skin is also starting to thicken and become less translucent.
This weekly email compares the baby to food every week and this week they say she is like corn on the cob... long and thin, but that she will start to fill out soon.
We have a prenatal appointment today so I am sure I will have more updates coming soon!
